What Ayaicware plug-ins do I own?

Ayaicware does not maintain user accounts, instead we rely on your iLok account information for ownership issues. Please log onto your iLok account and sort by PUBLISHER NAME to see what Ayaicware plug-ins you own.

I am trying to make a purchase from your online store and my credit card keeps getting declined at checkout but the provider says it's OK and it works for other sites. What can I do?

 

This can happen for a variety of reasons. If you are not in the U.S., it is common practice for credit cards to prevent foreign transactions as part of their fraud protection. If this is the case, contacting your credit card company may fix the problem and you can request us to try your card again: info@ayaicinc.com

Or you can place the order again using a different credit card or Paypal.

I just installed a new version of Ayaicware plug-ins but they are not recognized by my DAW.

It may be an issue with the copy protection being used. Please go to www.iLok.com and download and install the latest version of the iLok License Manager application and log into your iLok account. Then right-click your iLok with your Ayaicware authorizations and select SYNCHRONIZE. Once the spinning blue wheel completes, log-out and try your DAW again.

Where do my VST plug-ins get installed on my Windows system?

VST install locations:

x64 VST (2) = C:/Program Files/Common Files/Steinberg/VST2

x64 VST3 = C:/Program Files/Common Files/VST3

Win32 VST (2) = C:/Program Files (x86)/Common Files/Steinberg/VST2

Win32 VST3 = C:/Program Files (x86)/Common Files/VST3

How do I redeem and activate my Ayaicware iLok authorization?

When you purchase any Ayaicware plug-in or subscription, you will be provided a serial code after your purchase is complete. You will then need to redeem your serial code for an iLok license the Download/License page on the Ayaicware website. You must provide a valid iLok Account Name along with the serial code you were provided. Once your iLok license(s) have been deposited to your iLok account, use the iLok Manager application to activate your iLok or iLok Cloud account.

I purchased some plug-ins but can't see any authorization in my iLok account?

You should have an activation code listed for each product in your electronic receipt. Log into your iLok account via the iLok license Manager application. Go to the LICENSE menu at the very top and select REDEEM ACTIVATION CODE. Then the activation will be in the AVAILABLE section of your account. Right-click and select ACTIVATE and assign it to an iLok2, iLok3 or your iLok Cloud session (your iLok Cloud session must be "open" in order to activate a license to it). You can also drag it from the list to an iLok2, iLok3 or iLok Cloud session to activate as well.

I lost my iLok. What can be done to restore my plugins?

First, go to www.ilok.com and file a LOST or STOLEN iLok RMA. Send the RMA# provided to info@ayaicinc.com and we do what we can to get you back up and running again.

How do I know what version of Ayaicware plug-ins I have?

The best way to know you have the latest Ayaicware plug-in versions is to visit our Download/License page on our website, then download the plug-in installers for the Ayaicware plug-in(s) you own, uninstall the previous versions form your computer and install the latest versions. Updates and upgrades are always FREE so check in periodically to make sure you are using the latest version of your plug-in(s).
